I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 business days production time for your order to ship out.
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days you placed your order please email us at info@Chillrecipe.com
I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT CAN I DO?
We offer a free reshipments for any defective or damaged products upon receipt. Customers have 15 days after delivery to inform us about their damaged product. Email us at info@Chillrecipe.com with images of the damaged product (the entire product must be presented in the images for the proof to be viable).
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty by emailing us your cancelation request at info@Chillrecipe.com (with your order confirmation) within a maximum of 12 hours after purchase.Â
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS WHAT DO I DO NOW?
If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us at info@Chillrecipe.com within a maximum of 12 hours after purchase. If the product has already been shipped out or a maximum of 12 hours have passed since purchase, it will not be possible to modify the address and no refund will be allowed.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All shipping times vary by country. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. The average delivery times are 7-10 business days to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia & New Zealand and 10-20 business days worldwide.
In case of high demand or transportation issues, shipping times might take longer. In that case please contact us and we will gladly assist you.Â
WHY DOES MY ORDER ARRIVE IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES DESPITE BEING ORDERED AT THE SAME TIME?
Although many of our products are inspired from Scandinavian Countries, we source our products from Canada, the United States, Asia and Europe. The slight drawback of working with suppliers from many different countries is that delivery times vary and products sometimes arrive at different times despite being in one order. This, however, allows us to keep our costs down, our carbon-footprint low, and our quality high.Â

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO INITIATE A RETURN?Â
You have up to 15 days to inform us of any issues with your order and to initiate your return from the moment your order is delivered.Â

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 - To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Chillrecipe.com will not be liable for any damaged items that have been used or if the damage is noticed past the 15-day mark after receiving the item.
