REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATIONS
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. We usually send our orders for fulfillment (packaging and shipping) within a maximum of 12 hours after receiving your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. Note that the order processing can be quick and it is customer service who have the final say on the ability to cancel the order. DAMAGED PRODUCT
All products that are defective or damaged are eligible for full refund without need to return.
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your product at info@Chillrecipe.com
- Your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you have received it.
- It is mandatory to provide proof of the damaged products in order to be refunded. Please send proof (images or video) of the received damaged product(s) including shipping/packaging slip to info@Chillrecipe.com within 15 days of receiving your order. The issue must be clearly represented in your proof of damage. We may ask for more images if necessary.
- You can only receive a refund for the defective/damaged products you have provided proof of.
- Any other products included in your order that are not damaged or you have not provided proof of damage will not be eligible for refund.
I WISH TO RETURN MY ORDER
For whatever reason, you can return your product for a full refund.
- You may return all products within 15 days (from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or refund.
- You'd be required to ship out the product back to us at our Canadian office provided to you by the support team. Returns will only be accepted to the address provided to you.
- You must pack all items in their original packaging. The original bag and tag should be intact and not be damaged.
- Return fees are paid by the customer. Import fees are paid by Chillrecipe.com.
- Original order shipping fees & insurance are non-refundable.
- Use a tracked shipping method to return your product as we will not be responsible for packages that are undelivered or lost in transit.
- Please inform your correct order value to the shipping company while returning the item. If an incorrect value is passed on to the shipping company, the refund will not be accepted.
- Make sure you will return the item before the date provided by our customer service team.
- Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the items and refund the amount to the original payment source. (see refund process)
